Minister Taf, born Tafari Henry, is a Jamaican born and raised international award-winning reggae-gospel recording artist, songwriter, and author who now resides in the United Kingdom.
Though he is now committed to music, Taf‘s first passion was always football. He had what seems like a natural God-given talent for football, which became evident in his adolescent years. In fact, at the age of 16 he was selected to attend a trial for Jamaica U17; and even though that trial never took place, he went on to win many football medals and trophies over the years.
His musical journey got serious in 2012 after hearing the voice of God regarding pursuing music. That said, he officially started to work on his career as an artist that same year. From that point on Taf has been busy paying his dues. He has worked tirelessly over the years and is at a point now where he is indeed being used by God to speak to the masses.

The talented musician is making waves in the industry with his uplifting sound and style. Through his emotion-filled vocal and entertaining performances, Minister Taf radiates raw emotion through explosive instrumentation. Inspired by his life experiences, Minister Taf strives to empower people through his message. The quickly rising artiste seeks to make a difference in the lives of others. Garnering attention around the world, Minister Taf’s music has been played on BBC radio 1, BBC 1xtra, Premier Gospel radio, Hot 97FM, 99.9 Kiss FM (Abuja, Nigeria), Backyard Live TV (Kenya), Salt TV (Uganda), and appeared on TVJ E-Prime (national TV station in Jamaica), and more.
Having toured internationally, Minister Taf will have any listener engulfed in the musical world he creates with his no-frills approach and realness. His talent has seen him share the stage with the likes of MOBO award winners Guvna B, Volney Morgan & New-Ye, Triple O, Lurine Cato, Rachel Kerr, and Isaiah Raymond. Other talents such as Limoblaze, Dj Nicholas, Annatoria (The Voice UK Winner), Tab Worship, The Spirituals, Dwayne Tryumf, Emmanuel Smith (The Voice UK Semi-finalist), and Datin (USA) to name a few.
Minister Taf is a compassionate individual who deeply cares for the well-being of the less fortunate. With a genuine concern for the homeless, he established a registered charity known as “Street Feed.” Through this organization, Minister Taf and his dedicated team tirelessly work to alleviate hunger and provide essential meals to those living on the streets of London and various other locations. Minister Taf’s commitment to helping the homeless demonstrates his unwavering dedication to making a positive impact in their lives and uplifting the community as a whole.
